Crisis Plan
 Eat’n Park Hospitality Group includes
a group of nearly 80 family-style restaurants
in three states. McMahon & Cardillo
created a customized plan for
assessing the types of crises the restaurants
could encounter, complete with recommended
standard operations and communications actions.
Each restaurant received a comprehensive,
easy-to follow crisis management guide,
and restaurant managers were trained
to use the plan. Key administrators participated
in intensive media training, including mock
interviews. Fortunately, Eat’n Park follows
the first rule of crisis management –
conduct your business in a manner
that prevents a crisis!
