Membership Renewal Direct Mail Campaign
Each
year, The Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh—which includes Carnegie Museum
of Art, Carnegie Museum of Natural History, The Andy Warhol Museum, and
Carnegie Science Center—uses a combination of direct mail and telemarketing
to contact current members and
invite them to renew their annual memberships.
McMahon & Cardillo Communication created a
membership renewal packet
for The Carnegie
Museums that provided them with fresh creative
at a refreshingly
low cost. Based on data collected
by The Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh,
the rate
of renewal using the new materials increased 12%.
